1. What this covers

Experts on the Case is an interactive detective game that runs in a browser. The service is

operated by WWW LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (brand "KISA Detective", "we"). By using the site and the game you accept these terms.

2. How access works

Access is granted by a code in the form KISA-XXXX, or by a link. A code belongs to one

event: one purchase, one game, on the agreed date and for the agreed group. The code is not

personal, but it is not meant to be handed around either — passing it on lets strangers into

your game.

The host receives a separate link. It controls that one game and nothing else.

3. Intellectual property

All cases — stories, characters, clues, images, answer keys and solutions — and the platform

itself are owned by WWW LLC and protected by copyright.

A purchase transfers no rights in the content. It grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive,

non-transferable licence for one play of one case by the number of teams purchased, within the

access period. Nothing is sold or transferred.

You may not:

• copy or record the material, or distribute screenshots;
• publish or share solutions or spoilers;
• translate or adapt it;
• resell it, or run the case for others;
• scrape it or access it by automated means;
• reverse engineer it;
• use any content to train or prompt AI models.

Breach ends access immediately with no refund.

Playing, discussing the game, and sharing your own team's photographs and impressions is

fine and welcome. This clause is about the case content itself.

4. Spoilers

Cases are finite: a solved case cannot be unsolved. Please do not publish solutions or

forward case material to people who have yet to play it.

5. Conduct

Do not disrupt other teams, and do not attempt to reach other people's games, the control

panel, or case material outside the game. We may end access if the game is used for abuse,

harassment or anything unlawful.

Team names and answers are visible to the host and appear on the shared screen. Do not write

anything there you would not want the room to see.

6. Availability

We work to keep the game running throughout your event, but we cannot promise the internet,

your venue's network or your phones will behave. If a game does not happen through our fault,

see the refund terms in the offer.

7. Liability

We are responsible for the game matching its description. We are not responsible for content

participants write during play, nor for arguments at the table.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to

conflict-of-law rules. US federal law governs intellectual property matters.

Exclusive venue: the state courts located in Forsyth County, Georgia, or the United States

District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Procedure:

1. Informal resolution first. The party with a claim sends the other a written description of it (to us at kisadetective@gmail.com). Both parties try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days.
2. If it is unresolved, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court (Forsyth County Magistrate Court) or otherwise in the courts named above.
3. Carve-out: WWW LLC may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to stop infringement of its intellectual property or disclosure of case content or solutions.

There is no arbitration clause. There is no jury-waiver clause.
